It’s that time again! Time for the Halloween Trunk or Treat Blog Hop sponsored by Oriental Trading! I’ve joined my party blogging friends to bring you lots of fun ideas for your Trunk or Treat! This is one of my favorite blog hops and I’m excited to be sharing a fun theme, “The Working Dead” idea with you!

The Working Dead – Trunk or Treat Ideas
I’m not sure what sparked this idea for our Trunk or Treat, maybe it was from a unpleasant recent customer service experience, lol. But whatever the inspiration, we had fun setting up a little Customer Service Desk for our theme!
Meet Sam, our resident working stiff. This guy has literally worked himself to death after years of working his fingers to the bone! You may think that Sam is stuck at a dead end job, but as you can see by his toothy grin, he’s happy in customer service!
We had a lot of fun setting up this Trunk or Treat with party props from Oriental Trading. We dressed up Sam with a large Creepy Cloth and propped him up at his desk with a Typewriter.
We also added a few Feathered Crows as well as a fun Animated Crow.
Of course, Sam needed a little decor for his desk; so I added a skull under glass.
We hung Old Newspaper Print Fans and a Wicked banner in the trunk along with a large Cauldron for the candy.
And that’s it! Our Working Dead Trunk or Treat, at your service!
