Let’s walk through the steps…
Step 1:
Download my design and print it on your sublimation printer, and trim it with scissors to fit.
Step 2:
Grab your Frosted Glass Can Tumbler and remove dust and debris with the lint roller.
Step 3:
Wrap the design with the print side around the tumbler and secure it with heat-resistant tape.
Step 4:
Wrap butcher paper around the tumbler and secure it with tape.
Step 5.
Set the heat press to 380 degrees for 240 seconds. Once at temperature, place the glass in the press and push the button. The press will automatically close.
Step 6:
When done, the press will automatically open. With heat-resistant gloves remove the mug from the press and place it on a heat-resistant mat. Carefully remove the butcher paper and sublimation paper. I like to do this while it is still hot, so be careful!
Step 7:
Once cooled, add the lid and straw. And that’s it! Wasn’t that simple?

These can also be sublimated in the sublimation oven or traditional tumbler press. The process is the same, however, the settings are a bit different:
Sublimation Oven: I recommend using shrink wrap with the oven. Temp is 356 degrees for 9 minutes
Tumbler Press: 356 degrees for 120 seconds
