Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of the courage of the Mexican people during the battle (La Batalla de Puebla) on May 5th, 1862 at Puebla, Mexico. It is also a celebration of Mexican culture, food, music, and beverage unique to Mexico.
I thought what I would do is put together a post giving you ideas for your own Cinco de Mayo party, with some party ideas, and lots of delicious recipes!
Starting off with some fun decor and crafts to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. This would be a great way for teachers to teach their students about this holiday as well.
