HTVRONT Hat Heat Press Review
I had the privilege of visiting HTVRONT at CES last month (you can see more about that here) and was able to see a preview of this hat press and now I’m excited to share a full review. I created an unboxing video for you along with my first hat project with glitter HTV (of course I had to make a hat for my favorite football team)!

First Impressions:
I’ve used other handheld hat presses, so this one is very similar to others on the market. I will be conducting more “tests” such as sublimation (not sure it will work with sublimation, but it should since the max temp is 390 degrees), and I also want to try puff vinyl and layering HTV. But so far, here are my initial observations with this first project…
PROS
- Even with the minimal instructions, this hat press is super easy to use.
- You don’t need to have an app to use it.
- The price point is great, the website has it listed at $79.99 which is less than other hat presses on the market (you can get it for less with my coupon code below)
- All the pieces can be nested together for easy storage.
- The hat form is large enough for a variety of hat styles.
- Pressing was fast and the heat plate had even heat distribution.
- It’s available in several colors, to match your craft area.
CONS
- The product manual is a little lacking, I think a bit more information on assembly and use would be helpful. Especially for beginner users.
NEUTRAL
- The instructions suggested using the hat form vertically, however, I found that my hat fit better if I put it on top like I did in the video.

Can you apply Sublimation with the HTVRONT Hat Heat Press?
