St. Patrick’s Day is just a week away! Don’t let this opportunity for a fun filled celebration pass you by. I’ve rounded up several great recipes where everything is green and rainbows! There are so many I’d love to try. Your kids would probably be thrilled to eat special foods, or even help you in the kitchen!
St. Patrick’s Day Fun Treats
Start the day off with a great breakfast! How about doing some fun rainbow pancakes?
If you’re short on time, you can just dye your kids’ milk green and add Lucky Charms! They’d get a kick out of that!
Since we’re all about the kids and things they would enjoy- I thought I’d stick to treats that would put a smile on their faces.
These Lucky Charms Mini Cheesecakes are so sweet looking, topped off with

Lucky Shamrock Krispie Treats– How fun are these, shaped like Shamrocks!
Fruity Rainbow Crispy Treats– made from Fruity Pebbles!
Lucky Charms Krispie Treats– I love the hints of green marshmallows throughout them!

Now- these are so fun! St. Paddy’s Popcorn Balls. They’re on ice cream cones!
Dip some pretzels in green chocolate and make shamrocks out of them! Shamrock Pretzel Pops
Ice cream is always a positive thing- grab some and make a Leprechaun Shake!
There’s also a way to trap a Leprechaun there!
Cookie ice cream sandwiches are delish-especially when they taste just like Thin Mints with ice cream! YUM!
You could always go with a float. Make a Lime Sherbet Float– All green and pretty!
