Get ready for the 4th of July with some fun crafts and amazing recipes. School is out- let the kids stay busy making some awesome decor to celebrate the Independence of our great country. Most people tend to grill out on this day- so I have found several grilling recipes, as well as some yummy ones that will please everyone! And let’s not forget the desserts! Such pretty and fabulous ones that bring out the red white and blue! I’d be in food heaven with all these recipes on my table!
Most of the crafts can be done with things you have around the house!! Lots of them are kid friendly, as well as a few that are for adults to do for fantastic decoration!
Start your afternoon off with some delicious Bruschetta!
How about this twist on a regular Potato Salad by adding bacon and cheddar?
Fourth of July Cereal Treats Great for Nautical parties too!
Raspberry Tea Floats (Think Root Beer Floats)? The looks of it is enough for me to want one!
With this menu, I’d be thrilled with a sparkler in my hand to decorate! But that’s not really fun. Here are some great craft ideas!
These Water Blobs look like a lot of fun! Here is a tutorial for a 4th of July themed Water Blob that will keep the kids cool all day!
Whether you host a party, attend one, or just spend the day at home with your own family- make this 4th of July a day for the kids to remember. We need this generation to know the significance of why we celebrate Independence Day. Who knows, they could be our future leaders!
Happy 4th of July from our family to yours!
