School is back in session and our schedule is as hectic as ever. I work full-time outside of the home during the day and being a wife and mother of 3 growing boys, I rely heavily on easy and fresh recipes that will allow me more time for my family. With my hectic day schedule, Smithfield makes it super easy for me to get back to routine.

I really need to get a slow cooker, this looks yummy!
These look absolutely delicious! We just found an amazing chicken soft taco recipe, but it doesn’t use the crock pot! 😀
Michelle that seriously looks insanely delicious! I am definitely going to have to give the recipe a try but I doubt it’ll be as good as yours! I seriously commend you so much for all the work you do and you still have time to put together such a fabulous blog. Well done!
Thank you so much for the sweet words! I appreciate the support and encouragement!
Now I want to go to my fav Mexican restaurant. LOL. I can’t believe I never thought of making these. They look so good.

I love pork tacos and I love slow cooker recipes even more. Can’t wait to try this one!
I love easy slow cooker meals that make weeknights a cinch! We love tacos around here too, so these would go down well 🙂
I have a slow cooker, and I really don’t put it to good use like I know I should. This is a meal I could see myself making with my family.
That avocado looks so tasty with the meal. I think is a good combination of tastes and textures.
