DOUBLE CHERRY CHEESECAKE AMBROSIA RECIPE
My Nana loved ambrosia, I used to make it for her every holiday. I’ve been experimenting lately with different add-ins and flavors and this one is my latest favorite. Not only is it delicious it can be whipped up in minutes! Just chill for an hour and you’re good to go!
What you will need:
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 (12 oz.) jars of Cherry Man Topping Cherries, drained (save 2 tbs. juice and set aside)
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
- 15 oz fruit cocktail, drained
- 15 oz mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 package cheesecake flavored instant pudding
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Add the reserved cherry juice, mix and refrigerate for 1 hr.
- Serve, enjoy and wait for the compliments to roll in! haha
